The Martin Group was founded by Lauren and Nick Martin, a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for real estate, design, construction and community.
Lauren and Nick began their real estate careers in Las Vegas, working across both residential and commercial markets and gaining a broad, hands-on understanding of how spaces are designed, built, and lived in. With professional backgrounds that also span design and development, they bring a thoughtful, big-picture perspective to every transaction. More than a decade ago, they chose Gig Harbor as the place to put down roots—not just to grow a business, but to build a life. Today, they’re proud to call Gig Harbor home, where they’re raising their three daughters and serving the community they love.
